What is included in the box?
Each FyLTERED Shower Filter includes:
1 x Filter shell
1 x Cartridge (pre-installed)
Thread seal tape
Washers
User manual
The cartridge holds twelve layers of filtration media, sealed into one unit, including stainless steel mesh, PP cotton, KDF-55 and activated carbon.
How does the filter work?
Your skin and hair are exposed to whatever is in your shower water every day.
FyLTERED uses layered filtration media designed to reduce chlorine and common impurities found in tap water. Many customers, including us, notice their hair feels softer and their skin feels less tight after showering.
It's a simple upgrade. Cleaner water in your shower, nothing extreme. Results vary depending on your local water quality.
How long does one cartridge last?
Each cartridge lasts approximately 6 months, or up to 12,000 litres, depending on your usage and local water quality.
If you're in an area with hard or heavily treated water, you may need to replace it a little sooner.
How do I install it?
Installation takes under 5 minutes. No tools, no plumber. A visual guide is on our Instagram (@fylteredtm) and printed instructions come in the box.
