These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the website and online store operated by 4864 Pty Ltd trading as FYLTERED (ABN 56681445376) (“FYLTERED”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on the website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent/guardian, to purchase.
You must not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion (including where fraud is suspected).

2. Products & Availability

We aim to display product information accurately; however, colours, packaging and dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes and screen settings.
We may limit sales to certain people, regions or jurisdictions, and may discontinue or modify products at any time.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Prices and shipping rates may change without notice.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay (where available) or other approved providers. We do not store full payment card details.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update details so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Orders are accepted subject to availability and our confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order.
We ship within Australia using Australia Post or other nominated carriers. Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and may vary due to factors outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to have the product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@fyltered.com.au.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used filters or cartridges due to change of mind.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (including trademarks, logos, images, text, graphics and design) is owned by or licensed to FYLTERED and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You must not reproduce, modify, distribute or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not:

Interfere with or disrupt the site or any related networks;
Introduce viruses, malware or harmful code;
Scrape, mine or harvest data without permission;
Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of your use of the site, products or services. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you have under the ACL.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

The site may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
