Change of Mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used filters or cartridges if you change your mind.

If your item is unused and in its original packaging, we may accept a return at our discretion. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at hello@fyltered.com.au within 14 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or repair in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
